PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ventilation terminal panel that can be easily mounted and does not easily generate any gap at an area to a ceiling surface. SOLUTION: A ventilation terminal panel is provided with a cylindrical frame part 29 that is inserted into an opening 28 being provided on a ceiling plate, a connection flange that is formed at one terminal side of the cylindrical frame part 29 and is connected to the open end of a connection frame 22 being provided at an equipment body that is arranged at a roof space so that ventilation can be made at the roof-space side, an edge frame part 31 that is formed at the other edge side of the cylindrical frame part 29 and touches an opening edge at the indoor side of the opening part 28. Then, a plurality of tack pins 36 that touch the reverse side of the ceiling plate and whose entire part can be carried and can be inserted and extracted are provided at the cylindrical frame part 29 for the ventilation terminal panel for constituting an essential indoor ventilation port regarding the supply and exhaust of air along a ceiling surface 26. |
