PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a welded part non-apparent 111 the degree of no necessity of a post treatment by injecting a melted noncrystalline resin in a cavity to fully fill a carbon dioxide of a specific pressure. SOLUTION: A molding of a housing or a front panel of a television, a portable telephone, a video deck or the like is molded by using a noncrystalline resin for easily lowering its glass transition point to easily melt a carbon dioxide of a rubber-reinforced polystyrene, polycarbonate or the like and a polymer alloy containing the polystyrene, polycarbonate or the like as main components. The molding is conducted by injecting the melted resin in a cavity for fully filling the carbon of a pressure of 0.1 to 15 MPa. When the resin is injected, the carbon dioxide is melted in the resin. Thus, a glass transition point of a surface layer of the resin injected in the cavity is temporarily lowered to decelerate solidification of the resin surface layer, thereby remarkably improving a mold transferability of the molding. Thus, an external appearance fault of the molding generated by a welding part can be prevented, and the molding can be used as a product without posttreatment. |
