PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently measure and discharge a food material while eliminating the occurrence of a bridge phenomenon of the food material, by continuously discharging a fixed amount of the material constantly by a measuring and discharging mechanism installed at an opening part. SOLUTION: The drop of materials WA and WB fed into a frames is promoted by vibrating the peripheral walls of material feeding frames or their part and fixed amounts of the materials WA and WB are constantly and continuously discharged by measuring and discharging mechanisms such as sending pumps 20A and 20B, etc., to measure and discharge the food materials WA and WB. Preferably a bonding part 30 for integrally bonding the plural food materials WA and WB discharged from the sending pumps 20A and 20B is installed. |
