PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make changeable or adjustable the taste and flavor of coffee by arranging a filter pressing part to be fixed to the lower end part of a rod part in the outer peripheral part of an upper pressing part having plural through-hole parts on the inside and providing an elastic packing on the inner peripheral surface of a container main body part so as to constitute a coffee extracting tool. SOLUTION: When the tool is used, a filter 14 is pinched by the filter pressing part 16, milled coffee beans are put into the container main body part it, hot water is poured into the body 4 and the pieces P and powder, etc., of the coffee beans are melted into hot water. Then, the filter pressing part 16 is pushed-into the body 14, the outer peripheral part of the filter 14 is positioned upper than the filter pressing part 16 and also the upper opening of the body 14 is clogged by a cap 8. After a prescribed time, the rod part 10 is slid and moved downward and the filter pressing part 16 is lowered to the bottom part side of the body 4. At this time, only hot water is filtered by the filter 14 and the pieces P and powder of the beans are collected on the bottom part side of the container main body part 4. |
