PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize retention of a primerite and to prevent occurrence of thermal wound in wounded tissues by providing a diametrical flexible means for keeping a diametrical flexibility and by forming from a rigid body. SOLUTION: A sleeve 11 for mounting a coated US chip 6 to a tip of a US hand piece is formed from a rigid body such as a plastic hard to deform. A discharging hole 12 for supplying pouring fluid into an eyeball is provided at the tip. Breaks 13a are symmetrically provided to a central axis on an external wall of the sleeve 11. At least a pair of the breaks 13a (symmetrical two breaks) can keep a flexibility of an opening direction (a diametrical direction). The breaks 13a need adjusting to the opening direction at inserting, so it is preferable that a plurality of the breaks is radiately provided. When forming the sleeve from the rigid body, comparing with a soft body, a contacting pressure and a frictional heat to the wound can be reduced and a thermal wound can be prevented. |
