<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To level the operating condition of a machining device in each process of the upstream side independently of a product to be produced in the downstream side by arranging plural pallets between each device group. SOLUTION: A steel material 11 is carried into a steel plate sorting yard 10, and sorting of the steel material corresponding to a request of a member working process as a following process is performed. Sorting is performed, for example, per a unit of processing day of each device in the member working process, and the working raw material 12a for this day, the working raw material 12b for the next day, the working raw material 12c for the day after the next day are loaded for arrangement on pallets 2a, 2b, 2c. At the time of sorting and loading, a request of the following process such as minimizing of the loss time of the member working process and the leveling of the operating condition of the device are satisfied independently of a request of an intermediate assembling process as a following process of the following process.</p> |
