SOLUTION: A plurality of internally recessed parts 21 is formed in the circumferential direction in an inner area in the radial direction of a nose part 17a across the nose part 17a of a can 23, and externally recessed parts 22 are formed in an outer area in the radial direction of the nose part 17a.
