SOLUTION: At inspecting operation, the operation mode of a control device 8 is changed from an ordinary operation mode to an automatic operation mode, and going in and out operation is continuously performed in order automatically against all of a plurality of storing spaces. The drive data of the drive parts of the respective parts of the device are compared with reference data in a comparison part 17, if there is abnormality, an abnormality code is generated by an abnormality code generating part 18, it is taken in a memory part 10 to be stored, and output by a monitor 19. Hereby, an abnormal position is judged correctly and immediately.</p> |
