PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the maintenance and inspection from outside for an adjustment means, and make it easy to contrive the downsizing of an apparatus. SOLUTION: A circulation means 6, which can be switched freely into a heating operation mode to return the sucked air from inside a bathroom C into the bathroom while heating it with a heating part 8 through a ventilation flue 10, and a ventilation operation mode to exhaust sucked air out of a bathroom through an exhaust path 11 led and connected to a ventilation flue for circulation on the upstream side of the heating part 8, is constituted, being equipped with a ventilation means 7 for circulative ventilation provided on the upstream side of the connection place with the ventilation flue for exhaust of the ventilation flue for circulation and an adjustment means 9 to adjust the quantity of return air to be returned into a bathroom out of the quantity of sucked air from inside the bathroom, being provided downstream of the heating part of the ventilation flue for circulation, and the adjustment action of the adjustment means is controlled so that the quantity of return air increases if the heating operation mode is ordered, and that the quantity of return air may decrease if the ventilation operation mode is ordered. |
