PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease an antenna effect of a pacemaker and a stimulating lead and to prevent a pacemaker from wrong working because of electromagnetic noises from outward by covering the surface of the client's body wholly at the place where the main body and the lead of the pacemaker are mined by the conductive layer. SOLUTION: In order to prevent a pacemaker from wrong working because of electromagnetic noises from outward, the surface of the client's body wholly at the place where the main body and the lead of the pacemaker are mined is covered by a conductive layer. Though there is no special restriction for the material of the conductive layer, the one of which conductivity is 0.5150×10<-8> /Ω.m is preferable, and, furthermore, the one of which conductivity is 1-15×10-8/Ω.m, for example, aluminum, a material plated by iron-copper and so on, is more preferable. For the conductive material, in addition, high permeability (maximum permeability should be 5-600×10<3>μm) is preferred. In case that the conductive layer has holes in it, it is possible to add the shielding material for the pacemaker permeability.
