SOLUTION: This blade 1 having an impeller blade 2 and a blade base part 3 is formed of an alloy based on aγ-titanium aluminide including a doping material. At least a part of the surface layer 4 of the blade 1 has a fine grain texture and a core part 5 has a rough grain texture. The ductility of the surface layer 4 of the fine grain is increased more than the core part 5 of the rough grain.
