PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely perform a bonding of a tube raw material wherein thicker parts are provided in a manner to protrude on the external wall surface. SOLUTION: A tube raw material 2' made of raw rubber, which is integrally equipped with an air chamber peripheral wall 3i, a sealing agent chamber peripheral wall 3o and a bulkhead 4, is bonded into a ring-form while both end parts are held by a holding die 19. The holding die 19 is constituted of an upper die 20 and a lower die 21 which respectively have holding surfaces 201 , 211 , and recessed parts 212 in which thicker parts 15 for reinforcing being provided on the air chamber peripheral wall 3i of the tube raw material 2', are formed on the holding surface 211 of the lower die 21. By forming the recessed parts 212 on the holding surface 211 of the lower die 21, the end parts of the tube raw material 2' can be held without a distortion, and can be precisely bonded. |
