PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move the locus of a work machine end along a required locus even if a first boom is suddenly operated by constantly making the turning angle of a second boom coincide with the target turning angle. SOLUTION: Corresponding relations of the target turning positionθ2 of a second front member 7 with respect to the turning positionθof a first front member 5 are set so that the tip 14a of a work machine may describe a specific locus R1. When an operating means is operated, the target turning positionθ2 of the second front member 7 corresponding to the present turning positionθ1 of the first front member 5 detected by a first detecting means 17 is obtained and a deviationθd between the target turning positionθ2r andθ2 is operated by a second detecting means 18 so that the target turning positionθ2 can be obtained. In case the operated deviationθd is the specific valueθda or more, the maximum turning speed of the first front member 5 is limited to the specific value or less.
