PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve an emergency stopping operation shock by arranging a detent mechanism to mechanically hold an ascent or descent switching position switched by excitation even in an unexcited state, in an ascent/descent selecting solenoid valve. SOLUTION: When a car 1 is operated so as to ascend, even if a solenoid device A being in an excited state is de-energized by power failure, since a detent mechanism 6C mechanically maintains an ascent switching position 6a, a check valve function of a main check valve 5 is held, and even if current- carrying to an inverter motor M is cut off by power failure, a hydraulic pump 4 is reduced in a speed by a certain inertia to smoothly reduce a delivery quantity. Since differential pressure between the upstream and the downstream of the main check valve 5 also smoothly reduces according to it, opening of the main check valve 5 is closed without a shock, so that the car 1 stops without a shock. Emergency stopping operation is maintained by a mechanical hold of the ascent switching position 6a to be made independent of a second shock adjusting throttle valve 16. |
