MEDICAL TREATMENT STERILIZATION METHOD AND THE SYSTEM IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE OZONE AND A PLASMA

Medical treatment sterilizing method and apparatus are provided, which obtain efficient medical treatment by chemical spontaneous reaction and plasma activation. A medical treatment sterilizing method comprises: a sterilization object injection step(S1) for injecting the sterilization objects in the sterilization chamber and sealing the sterilization chamber; a preliminary heating step(S2) in which the sterilization object reaches the temperature required for the sterilization; a pressure reduction step(S3); a moisture injection step(S4) for injecting the moisture in the depressurized sterilization chamber; an ozone injection step(S5) for injecting oxygen in which the ozone is mixed into the sterilization chamber; a sterilization step(S6) in which the oxygen and moisture are activated by plasma and performs sterilization; an ozone degradation step(S7); a pressure reduction step(S8) for exhausting the mixed gas; and a vacuum release step(S9).
