<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection board arranging device which works well without resorting to human labor. SOLUTION: A dolly 4 is equipped with a container 6 whose top and bottom are opened by an elevation cylinder 5 and in which protection boards are accommodated in a stack, and the lowermost one of the stacked boards and the next one are clamped simultaneously by hold cylinders 25 attached to the bottom openings in the front and rear surfaces of the container 6 so that the boards can be conveyed along a ditch 3, and the outputs of a photo-sensor to sense the level of the container 6 and another photo-sensor 26 to sense the end of the already laid protection boards are fed to a control device installed in an operation panel 7, and setting of the elevating/sinking stop position of the container 6 and clamping and unclamping of the hold cylinders 25 are conducted automatically, and thereby protection boards are laid in alignment at the bottom of the ditch.</p> |
