<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste plastics-disposition apparatus capable of transferring smoothly to a decomposing vessel for a treated plastics which has been heat-treated in a dehydrochlorination processing apparatus. SOLUTION: A waste plastics, on being charged into a dehydrochlorination processing apparatus 11, is heat-treated to evolve hydrogen chloride. Thereafter the treated plastics in the dehydrochlorination processing apparatus 11 is made to send to a decomposing vessel 12 via a discharging tube mechanism 20. The discharging tube mechanism comprises vertical tubes 23, 24, and 25, and on-off valves 21 and 22 which are provided between these vertical tubes 23, 24, and 25. With the on-off valve 21 open and the on-off valve 22 closed, the treated plastics is made to fall naturally down through the vertical tube 23 into the vertical tube 24. Afterwards with the on-off valve 21 closed and the on-off valve 22 open, the treated plastics in the vertical tube 24 is made to fall naturally down into a decomposing vessel 12.</p> |
