<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor in scrapping and recycling, and always keep satisfactory operability during use. SOLUTION: An elastic body 16 is fitted to a cylinder 12 while superposing a flange part 16b on a flange part 12b of the cylinder 12. The elastic body 16 is composed of a rubber film made of natural rubber or synthetic rubber. An air communication hole 16c is formed on a cylindrical part 16a of the elastic body 16, while an opening and closing valve 17 is arranged on the hole 16c. A piston 18 which is energized outward through the opening/closing valve 17 is arranged between the cylinder 12 and the valve 17 so as to block a bottle 10, except the communication through the communication hole 16c.</p> |
