摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyester resin compsn. improved in heat resistance, surface appearance, and mechanical properties by compounding a polyester resin formed from a dicarboxylic acid component, a diol component, and a polyoxyalkylene glycol component and having a specified intrinsic viscosity or higher with a crystalline wholly arom. polyester resin. SOLUTION: This compsn. comprises (A) 90-99.9 wt.% polyester resin which is formed from an arom. dicarboxylic acid component (e.g. terephthalic acid), a diol component (e.g. ethylene glycol), and a polyoxyalkylene glycol component having a wt. average mol.wt. of 400-3,000 (the content of the polyoxyalkylene glycol component in the polyester is 5-65 wt.%) and has an intrinsic viscosity (in a 1/1 phenol/tetrachloroethane mixture, at 25 deg.C) of 0.5 dl/g or higher and (B) 0.1-10 wt.% polyester resin comprising repeating units represented by formula I or II. The compsn. further contains a polycarboxylic acid, a polyhydric alcohol, and a polyepoxide. In the formula, 30<=x<=80; 10<=y<=35; and 10<=z<=25.
