PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition that imparts the advantage of excellent permanent compression set and excellent heat resistance to a vulcanized rubber obtained by vulcanizing the rubber composition comprising an ethylene-α- olefin copolymer rubber as the main component with an organic peroxide. SOLUTION: An ethylene-α-olefin-non-conjugated diene copolymer rubber composition comprises the components (A)-(D) as given below: (A) an ethylene-α- olefin non-conjugated diene copolymer rubber; (B) at least one compound selected from the group consisting of a decamethylene dicarboxylic acid disalicyloyl hydrazide and a hindered amine light stabilizer; (C) p,p'-dibenzoylquinone dioxime; and (D) an organic peroxide.
