A rotatable seal (14) is provided with a grip (15) for receiving a tubular sealing nipple. The seal and nipple are designed to be swung together in a plane (X-X) coincidental with the geometric axis of the coupling casing (12). An external locking sleeve (25) for the casing can be rotated into a locking position where it prevents the seal and nipple from being rotated. An opening (26) in the side of the locking sleeve is designed to be coincidental with the swing plane for the seal and nipple when the sleeve is untwisted from the locking position. |
