摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a temperature-active adhesive composition formulated using a crystallizable polymer which exhibits a rapid transition between a tacky state and nearly nontacky state. SOLUTION: A method for fixing a body member onto a base material through temperature-reversible adhesion comprises (A) the 1st process for providing a temperature-active adhesive assembly and (B) the 2nd process wherein the above assembly is pressed against the base material while the adhesive layer has tackiness. The subject temperature-active adhesive assembly is composed of (1) a body member and (2) a polymeric adhesive composition layer fixed onto the body member; wherein the polymeric adhesive composition has the following characteristics: (i) containing 40-100 wt.% of at least one crystallizable polymer which (a) begins to melt at a temperature T0 , and (b) entirely melts at a temperature Tm <=(T0 +15) deg.C, (ii) substantially nontacky at temperatures lower than To , and (iii) manifesting tackiness when heated from a temperature lower than To to a temperature higher than Tm .</p>
