PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of molding plural-row type of heat exchanger which reduces the risk of erroneously arranging tube holders at each end of many fins, and a device for forming a plural-row heat exchanging member into the final form of a heat exchanger without a risk of wrong arrangement of tube holders. SOLUTION: A tube holder 16 is fixed to one end of the row 24 of fin coils having fins for heat exchange, and the row of fin coils 24 and the row 26 of shorter fin coils of the same type are placed, and a tube holder 36 is coupled with the other ends of both of the rows of fin coils 24 and 26. The end of the hair pin turn of the row 26 of the fin coils is inserted into the slot opened in the tube holder 16 by bending it as required with a roller 48 on a mobile horizontal stage 46 together with the row 26 of fin coils, with the row 24 of fin coils outward, thus a heat exchange member, which has inside and outside double fin coil rows, can be made. |
