PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a film usable for a gather member or the like of a stretchable disposable diaper or the like which can be incinerated recyclably without generating harmful substance. SOLUTION: The stretchable composite film is obtained by laminating a film made of a resin composition containing 60 to 95% of a low density polyethylene including 18% or more of 4-8Cα-olefin comonomer having a density of 0.86 to 0.90 g/cm<3> , a melt index of 0.1 to 50 g/10 min and a weight average molecular weight/number average molecular weight of 1.8 to 2.8, 100 pts.wt. of a composition containing 5 to 40% of a polyethylene and 5 to 40 pts.wt. of an inorganic filler, and a styrene thermoplastic elastomer.
