<p>The rail arrangement has a rail (23) which is formed on, or anchored to, a self- supporting profile beam (11). The latter works in combination with a covering profile (5), which is able to be connected and anchored to the beam on the opposite side from the rail, at least indirectly. The upper and / or lower edges of the profile beam and the covering profile form a groove (39) with a U-shaped cross section. The width of the groove can be preselected by mounting the covering profile in different side positions, relative to the beam. The self-supporting beam is double walled at its middle section, and has a vertical running stem on its top or bottom side at the same height as a stem as an upper or lower stem on the covering profile. In the mounted condition, the two stems come together under formation of th groove lying in between.</p> |
