<p>PURPOSE:To attain omission of a film drawing out process by inserting a base material separating film different from base material and then molding at extrusion molding, and inserting reinforcement between the base material and the base material separating film after cutting off in a prescribed size. CONSTITUTION:A leading out port 140 to lead out a base material separating film P of polyethylene terephthalate is provided at the center of a chamber 13 for melting and extrusively supplying pellets of polyvinyl chloride supplied from a hopper 11 by means of an extrusion screw 12. The base material M inserted with the base material separating film P is drawn out through a leading out part 150 by means of a drawing roller 2, shaped after being cooled in a cooling water tank, and cut off to a prescribed length. A crochet needle is inserted between the base material and the film of this cut base material, drawing it out while locking the extreme end with the opening part of reinforcement made of spring steel, and hence the reinforcement is mounted. Consequently, a film drawing out process before inserting the reinforcement can be omitted.</p> |
