The offered grill (Fig.1) that is provided for heat treatment of food - especially meat, sausage, frankfurters, fish and vegetables - is characterized with the following: all its details are made of hardwood log, preferably - of alder log with its peel; the grill body is made in three - piece form consisting of: a) cylindrical outer sidewall 1; b) flat cylindrical floor (base); c) cylindrical central part that is provided for the igniting of wood material (charcoal, grill wood, briquettes); besides: the mentioned base is located at a particular height from lower surface of the outer sidewall 1 and is formed as a monolithic formation at least with the mentioned central part c); there are four radial cuts 2 (upper windows) in the upper part of the mentioned outer sidewall 1 of the body; there are several radial cuts 3 (lower windows) in the lower part of the mentioned outer sidewall 1 of the body; the cylindrical central part c) of the grill that is dissociated from the outer sidewall 1 of the grill body, is a cylindrical monolith formation at least together with the grill base b); there are several cuts 4 made into the sidewalls of the cylindrical central part c) of the mentioned grill, analogous to the upper windows 2 in the outer sidewall 1 of the body; the empty space between the outer sidewall 1 of the grill body and the mentioned central part c) is dimensioned in such a way to be able to place there the wood material (charcoal, grill wood, briquettes) and the empty space into the central part c) of the grill is dimensioned in such a way to be able to place there the kindling-wood materials (splinter, birch bark etc.) for the setting fire in the woods. |
