A ligature is formed by an elastic hose (1) with a circular cross-section, which contains compressed air and can be rolled onto the body extremity (3). A pressure-regulating device can be connected to the hose via an integral valve body (2) containing at least two valves arranged around the hose periphery. At least one valve remains accessible at all times, independent of the rolled-up position of the hose over the extremity. An expansion clasp (4) acts as sleeve to prevent the hose expanding outwards when the air pressure inside it is increased. |
