The desk (1) has a top panel (2) supported by a support structure (3) which has a height and tilt adjustment. The top panel is mounted on two height-adjustable elements (4,5) on the user side (8) and swivel on an imaginary swivel axis (7). A further height-adjustable element (6) between the two first elements is spaced apart from the swivel axis and acts as support and all three elements can be locked. The third support element is locked on a fixed sub-structure (9) and is attached by a link to the desktop.
