Web-form spacer elements (7) supporting the outer wall (2) of the vehicle's component part damp or absorb shocks and are made from a shock damping or shock absorbing material so that shock loads applied to the outer wall are decelerated or reduced and transmitted to the support element of the vehicle's component (4). The spacer elements separate two plate-form elements (5,6) and with these form a separate sandwich-type structural part (3) including air guiding channels (8). The structural part has shock absorbing properties and is fastened to the outer wall on one side and to the support element on the other.
