The intake and discharge openings are positioned above each other in longitudinal direction of the cylinder (1) and open into the overflow channel (2). A changeover valve etc. is positioned in the channel section between the openings, to open/close that section and the discharge openings to the outside. An intake valve is positioned near the intake openings. The intake valve is a membrane valve, which opens in intake direction via differential pressure.
