Bidirectional digital data transmission method for use between transponder and read/write device

The digital data transmission method has a HF charge pulse of given frequency transmitted before each data transmission, used by the transponder for extracting its operating energy, for transmission of digital data via pulse duration modulation of a carrier frequency providing a series of H-bits and L-bits. A HF reference pulse is transmitted between the HF charge pulse and the digital data transmission, to provide a threshold pulse duration value used for demodulation of the received H-bits and L-bits.
