Suction handling head for flat panels

The handling head has a hose (2) with a suction head (4) to engage the work (42). A feeler (18) is actuated by contact of the head with the work to open the suction tube. The feeler can be held in its activated position so that accidental release of the work by unauthorized closing of the hose is prevented.
