Combination of ultraviolet absorbers for stabilizing dihydroxyacetone, especially in skin tanning compositions

A combination of dibenzoylmethane derivatives (I), methylidene-camphor ultraviolet absorbers (II) and optionally triazine ultraviolet absorbers (III) is used to stabilize dihydroxyacetone against decomposition. An Independent claim is also included for a combination of dihydroxyacetone, one or more compounds (I), one or more compounds (II) and optionally one or more compounds (III).
