Fuel injection and ignition signals (8, 9) from a mass produced electronic controller are supplied to respective correction stages (4, 5) under the joint control of an input/output unit (2) with EPROM (3). Sine waves from an inductive tachometer (6) are converted (7) into square waves for the input/output unit (2). The corrected ignition signal is amplified (13) for application to the ignition coil (14) and distributor (15). Speed-dependent and engine-load-dependent corrections for both input signals (8, 9) are stored in the memory (3). ADVANTAGE - Rapid changes in injection and ignition timings can be achieved easily and inexpensively. |
