One or more damping elements(8) are fitted in the gap(7) between the glass assembly and housing(3). The damping element is installed on the glass assembly and is fitted to rest on the inner side(10) of the housing. The damping element is constructed as a closed ring encircling the glass assembly and may have a hollow section and a retaining section. A heating device may be provided in or on the damping element and/or in or on the housing, at least in the area in which the damping element touches the housing.
