The arrangement has at least one electronic read-write memory inside or outside the equipment housing, esp. using semiconducting technology, in which the recently transmitted and displayed images can be stored. The images received before a defined time are overwritten by the new images. The writing and storage process can be halted and the last stored information displayed on the screen.
