Color printing using thermal process

摘要

The thermal printing process uses a laminated paper (10) in which there are multiple microcapsules (18) containing different color pigments. The paper is passed across thermal print heads and the colors are released by application of heat and pressure. A specific temperature and pressure applies to the release of specific color pigments.
