The connector consists of a curved bar (16) with a central section fixed to the pylon (10) and two end sections attached to the engine by couplings (18), each of which incorporates a safety element (44) which transmits the engine weight to the bar in the event of a failure in another part of the coupling. The bar is made in two transverse sections joined by bolts (24) and connected separately to the pylon by traction bolts (30).
