<p>When input signal from an external source is in predefined logic state, a control signal with predetermined delay is given to a digital gating circuit (41) from another digital gating circuit (45). The control signal terminates the pulse at output of pulse generator, such that it is only available at predetermined period. The control signal is independent of load at the output of pulse generator. Pulse generator receives input signal from external source and provides output signal to drive an external device. The digital gating circuit (41) is connected between input and output terminals of pulse generator responses to the input signal which changes between logic states so as to initiate a pulse. The digital gating circuit (45) is coupled in feedback path between the output of pulse generator and the input of digital gating circuit (41).</p> |
