PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selecting method for easily selecting a multiple access system without evaluating communication quality, such as error rate or number of times of retransmission. SOLUTION: First, instantaneous received signal level fluctuation characteristics and power delay profile characteristics are measured (10). A recursive expression from the measured value to the normalized delay spread of received signal instantaneous level fluctuation widths is calculated (50). In the mean tine, the required normalized spread for each multiple access system of a candidate is calculated (70), and the instantaneous received signal level fluctuation width for each multiple access system is calculated (80) through the recursive expression. With the provided instantaneous level fluctuation width as a reference, a multiple access system is selected (90). |
