<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate with a high clock frequency, without having a skew generated in data transmission during which a wiring between a line correspondence part a cross bus switch part is made long, in accordance with increase in the number of containing lines. SOLUTION: A skew between a clock and data, a skew between bits at the time of parallel data and the like are eliminated by setting data latch parts 31 to 36 for the number, corresponding to a distance between line correspondence parts 1 to 4 which correspond to plural communication lines and a cross bar switch part 5 for arbitrarily connecting between the line correspondence parts 1 to 4 respectively, synchronizing that with the clock part 7 and having it operated.</p> |
