PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a connection device around a vehicular shaft in a compact manner by forming a hollow space in output shafts of electrically driven motors of a differential device connected to the vehicular shaft between two wheels, and arranging the electrically driven motors coaxially along the vehicular shaft. SOLUTION: A hollow space is formed on each output side 7a of electrically driven motors 7L, 7R, while a vhehicular shaft 40 of bilateral rear wheels 4L, 4R penetrates the hollow space. The electrically driven motors 7L, 7R are coaxially arranged along the vehicular shaft 40. Decelerators 8L, 8R are coaxially arranged along the vehicular shaft 40. Carriors 8d are connected to sun gears 6a of planetary gear mechanisms 8L, 8R of a differential device 6. Components of a connection device, namely, the differential device 6, the electrically driven motors 7L, 7R, the decelerators 8L, 8R are all coaxially arranged along the vehicular shaft 40. The conneciton device can thus be arranged around the shaft 40 in a compact manner.
