SOLUTION: This device is provided with a plurality of data signal lines 201, plural scanning signal lines 202 and plural thin film transistors electrically connected to the signal lines and plural reflection picture element electrodes are provided on the inter-layer insulation film provided by covering at least a part of the plural data signal lines 201 and the plural scanning signal lines 202 or the plural thin film transistors. Further, the plural reflection picture element electrodes are electrically connected with the drain electrode 222 of the plural thin film transistors through a contact hole 226 provided on the inter-layer insulation film and an underlying layer for uniformizing heat transmission and/or light transmission between the inter-layer insulation film and one substrate and/or the adhesion with one substrate of the inter-layer insulation film in an area where at least one of the plural reflection picture element electrodes is formed is arranged in contact under the inter-layer insulation film.
