PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the warping of a magnetic body layer or a dielectric layer, by adding the bonding agent between a plurality of constituting layers comprising at least one of the magnetic body layer and the dielectric layer to be constituent body comprising zinc oxide, barium oxide and titanium oxide, and adding a specified glass weight part. SOLUTION: Respective green sheets 7A...7B-7I, a green sheet 8 for an intermediate layer and green sheets for a capacitor layer 9A...9J-9J are laminated. Then, the bonding agent is provided between a plurality of constituent layers comprising at least one of a magnetic layer and a dielectric layer. Then, as the bonding agent, a glass of 0.1-10 weight part is added to the 100 weight part of the constituent material comprising ZnO of a-mol.%, BaO of b-mol.% and TIO of c-mol.% (heare, a=12-45, b=4-45, c=18-81 and a+b+c=100). It is especially recommended that the content of ZnO is 25-40 mol.%, the content of BaO is 5-15 mol.% and the content of TiO is 45-65 mol.%. |
