PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a charge value by a display means, while a battery is being charged by a charger. SOLUTION: A charge value display device is provided with a display unit 21, which displays charge values, a video camera device A which makes a control object operate based on the charge value, a battery B which supplies an accumulated voltage to the video camera device A and a charger C which charges the battery B. While the battery B is being charged by the charger C, the charged value is displayed by the display unit 21, so that the charged value can be displayed and monitored on the device side, in a state in which the battery being charged is attached to the device. |
