PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a beauty culture pack having high safety and capable of providing excellent blood circulation promoting effects, humectant effects and cleaning effects by including a vitamin E and a vitamin C in combination in an alga of the genus Spirulina in a specific proportion. SOLUTION: This beauty culture pack is obtained by including (B) a vitamin E such as L-formα-tocopherol and (C) a vitamin C fed from an acerola in an amount equimolar with the ingredient B in (A) an alga of the genus Spirulina such as preferably Arthrospira plantensis in an amount of 10-85 wt.% based on the total weight and expressed in terms of the dry weight. Furthermore, superoxide dismutase is preferably contained and a lactoferrin, a lactoperoxidase or a powder of granite porphyry is more preferably contained therein. The beauty culture pack has effects on alleviation of atopic dermatitis and further antiallergic actions and beautifies skin.
