PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-distructive testing method in projection welding capable of suitably and rapidly judging whether welding is suitably executed and required weld strength is obtained without destruction. SOLUTION: In this method, at least one process is executed among a first judging process wherein weld strength is judged being >= required weld strength FR when a total valueΣV of voltage data from energization starting to a setting time is >=a weld strength judging threshold voltage VL and the weld strength is < the required weld strength FR when the same is < the weld strength judging threshold voltage VL, a second judging process wherein the weld strength is judged being < the required weld strength FR when the maximum voltage reaching time from energization to the maximum voltage is > a weld strength judging threshold voltage time and the weld strength is >= the required weld strength FR when the same is <= the weld strength judging threshold voltage time, and a third judging process wherein the weld strength is < the required weld strength FR when a prescribed displacement reaching time from energization to displacement between prescribed electrodes is > a weld strength judging threshold displacement time and the weld strength is judged being >=the required weld strength FR when the same is <= the weld strength judging threshold displacement time.
