PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a device from being large in size by extremely reducing the increase of the capacity of an actuator even when a band-shaped cleaning member is wound by using the actuator for carrying a card. SOLUTION: In cleaning the surface of an information recording medium 1 to be carried by a feed roller 3, when a band-shaped cleaning member 30 which is being pulled out of a feeding side reel 34 and wound around a winding side reel 36 is brought into sliding-contact with the surface of the information recording medium, an actuator 4 for driving the feed roller drives at least the winding side reel among the feeding side reel and the winding side reel through worm transmitting devices 11, 26, and 40 only when carrying the information recording medium. |
