PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve load dispersion and the reliability of a production schedule by improving the precision of the estimated time of work working in the metal plate finishing machine. SOLUTION: When performing the line production of the work working by the metal plate finishing machine 1, by reading for each working of one work W a time when the working start signal of the work W is transmitted and a time when the working completion signal of the work W is received by the line control part 47 of a line controller, the actual working time of the work W is calculated from these two times. For each working of one work W, by updating a set working time by parameter data stored in advance to a calculated actual working time, since a newly set working time which has actually conformed to is calculated, a more correct production schedule with high reliability is performed. |
